Dear family and friends,
It is with a heavy heart that we must announce the passing of our son, Robert (Rob)(Bobby) L. Lattany Jr. on Monday 12/24/18. We want to thank each and every one of you for all of your warm and heartfelt condolences, prayers.

From the Wiesbaden / General H. H. Arnold High School Alumni Association:

Bobby Lattany attended General H. H. Arnold High School and graduated with the Class of 1987. Bobby made many lifelong friends in the Wiesbaden Warrior community. A lot of our 80s era classmates remember him, as well as his sister, Trina, with much fondness. Many of us were delighted to be able to catch up with Bobby, and learn that he had gotten married in July 2016 to his fiance' LaToya.






Theirs was so obviously a union of love, and Bobby's old friends were only too glad to discover that he had found such happiness in his life partner.



And so, it caught some of us by surprise when a message from Bobby showed up in one of our Warrior groups in June of 2018, sharing with us that he had hit a rough spot and was about to lose his house.




It was the right place, Bobby. And the Warrior community did what it always does when one of their own is in trouble. We brought help. Several phone calls, a little fund raising, some back-up plans by fellow Warriors ready to take Bobby and his family in, all of these things were in the works within hours.



Later, Bobby let us know he and his family were okay - better than okay! He was pulling together funds to get his family into a new living situation and we were all so pleased to hear that he was bouncing back strongly.



We were all in Bobby's corner, rooting for him, much as we did back in our school days. None of us were prepared when just a handful of months later, we got the news that Bobby had passed. It sent shockwaves through the community and we couldn't help but ask why such a soul was taken from us at so young an age.










Sincere condolences to the Lattany family. The Warrior community feels this loss with you.
